I transitioned into Business Analysis from a support work background.
At the time, I did not have a technical degree or a traditional tech pathway. I had transferable skills, but I did not know how to position them properly.
I spent time watching tutorials, reading articles, and trying to piece everything together on my own. But what actually made the difference was not more information. It was structured guidance and understanding how Business Analysis works in real environments.
Once I understood how processes connect, how requirements are gathered, and how stakeholders think, everything clicked.
That experience shaped how I work today.

Since transitioning into tech, I have worked as a Business Analyst across complex environments, including supporting the UK Parliament in implementing a new HR and payroll system.
On that project, I:

Supported the transition from legacy systems to modern solutions
The result was smoother implementation and clearer communication across teams.
I hold a BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis and have years of hands-on experience delivering real-world BA work, not just theory.
